§ Mr. Lambertasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, in the case of a tenant with a covenant to deliver up at the end of a tenancy, rented premises in a good state of repair, whose premises are damaged by enemy action, he is making provision to relieve such tenant of the responsibility for the restoration of the premises; and upon whom will the liability then fall?
