Graham-Littleasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider some alleviation of the burden of 703W Income Tax in respect of serving members of His Majesty's forces, in view of the fact that, apart from the extra expense involved, particularly in the case of officers who have to provide for families at home and meet mess bills overseas, they are taxed in France on almost everything they buy by the taxation of that country?
