§ Sir M. § Sir E. GriggOne of the executive divisions of the Ministry is specially concerned with all questions of communications and is in constant communication with Cable and Wireless, Limited, and other similar bodies. My Noble Friend does not therefore think it necessary to adopt my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion; but he has invited Sir Edward 709W Wilshaw, the chairman of Cable and Wireless, Limited, to become a member of the Minister's Advisory Council.
