§ Mr. Dobbieasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether he will give consideration to the case of blind men who have the assistance of trained dogs to act as guides for them in getting about from one place to another, in regard to ration cards and extra allowance, as, in many instances, it will be a considerable hardship if the men cannot get the rations to feed the animals on whom to a great extent they depend?
§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonThis question of the supply of food for the guide-dogs of blind persons is under consideration.
