§ Sir E. GriggI am informed by the B.B.C. that the time of the mid-day news bulletin has been changed as from yesterday from noon to 1 o'clock. This change was made in response to many requests from listeners and was supported by a special inquiry made by the B.B.C. as to the time which would be most generally convenient to the public.
