§ Major TryonCorrespondence for Cyprus is being despatched without delay from this country by every suitable opportunity, but there has been some delay in the transmission of the mails owing to modifications and restrictions in overseas transport services; steps are, however, being taken which will, I hope, result in an improvement in the existing service.
