§ Mr. ElliotI understand that medical assistance is available at the cost of Service funds for the wives and families of regular soldiers and certain classes of reservists if they are living at or near a Service station. A similar privilege exists in the Royal Air Force.
Apart from these special provisions the medical services provided for the population generally are, of course, available wherever and whenever they are required.
