§ Mr. ButlerNo recent approaches have been made to His Majesty's Government by another Government in the sense described in the question. While the international limitation of armaments remains our ultimate objective, it must be clear that until our aims are achieved, no such limitation can be considered. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
