§ Sir J. SimonYes, Sir. Mr. Uthwatt's Committee have made their first report which is being published to-day, copies of the report being available in the Vote264W Office. I am glad to take this opportunity of stating that the Government accept the principles enunciated in the report. It will be seen that the committee propose to make a further report dealing with certain classes of movable property.
