§ Dr. Littleasked the Minister of Supply whether, in view of the dissatisfaction of the farmers in Northern Ireland with the price fixed for the flax crop for the present year, he will be willing to consider the views of the flax committee of the Ulster Farmers' Union regarding the price to be paid for the crop of 1940 if it is to be made a paying proposition for the producers; and whether, in order to encourage the farmers to grow more flax, he will fix the price at an early date for next year's crop at a figure commensurate with the cost of production, after consultation with the Minister of Agriculture for Northern Ireland?
