§ Captain CrookshankOf the sum of 21s. a week, 5s. is payable in respect of the provision of lodging and 16s. in respect of the provision of breakfast and a dinner meal daily. The rates have been fixed as representing reasonable and appropriate payment for the services which the billetor is required to provide.
