§ Captain WallaceI am glad to say that the Railway Executive Committee has now found it possible to relax the restriction upon the hours during which cheap day tickets to London are available for return journeys. As from Monday next, 4th December, these cheap day tickets will be available on Mondays to Fridays for return by any train except between the hours of 4.30 p.m. and 6.3o p.m.
