§ Mr. ElliotThe local authorities, through their medical officers of health, are responsible for making arrangements to secure that first-aid posts are available for use at any time when they may be required to function. If my hon. Friend has in mind any case where the arrangements for immediate use are considered inadequate, I shall be glad to look into it.
