§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI assume that the hon. Member refers to prosecutions by Food Control Committees, under the powers conferred on them by the Food Control Committees (Enforcement) Order of the 29th September, 1939, for offences against the Ministry's Orders for regulating prices.
