§ Mr. ElliotDifficulty is being experienced in determining whether Mr. Motts has attained the age of 65 as he has been unable to state where he was born and no trace can be found in the records of the Registrar-General of his birth on the 24th July, 1874, the date given by him. All possible steps are, however, being taken to complete the necessary inquiries as quickly as possible.
