§ Captain WallaceI understand that representatives of the railway company recently discussed with representatives of the employés questions relating to air-raid precautions and explained to them the steps which were being taken. These include the provision of air-raid shelters and of complete first-aid equipment, which are on order. Pending the completion of the permanent shelters, the staff have, I am informed, been provided with sandbag protection.
