§ Mr. StanleyThe position of this company is under examination. In answer to the second part of the question, I would point out that Section 1 of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 1939, makes it an offence to have any commercial, financial or other intercourse or dealings with an enemy, and under the Trading with the Enemy (Custodian) Order any money due to an enemy is required to be paid to the Custodian of Enemy Property.
