§ Mr. Stephenasked the Attorney-General whether he is aware that soldiers who have been called up for service who have goods on the hire-purchase system and are unable to make their payments in consequence of their decreased income due to their service are being asked to agree to additional charges for extended credit; and what steps he intends to take to prevent such additional charges being imposed?
