§ Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is aware that the lower ranks of Royal Air Force, when on leave, are frequently involved in expenses in order to visit their wives and families who have been evacuated; and whether, in view of the special circumstances, he will enable all such airmen to secure a free warrant whether on leave from centres in this country or overseas?
§ Sir K. WoodPersonnel are allowed one free warrant on embarkation leave in this country and one after each six months service in France. The question of free warrants for personnel serving in this country is under consideration.
