§ Mr. E. BrownI have had no communication with the North of Scotland Bank regarding the position of Mr. Philip. I understand, however, that since this question was put down a statement has been issued by the Directors of the bank that they have decided to withdraw the notice of the termination of Mr. Philip's service with the bank.
