§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonCertain stocks of canned beef, which is the most suitable kind of canned meat for the purpose of the Government's storage scheme, have been obtained from Dominion and foreign sources, there being no production of canned beef in this country. No canned fish has been obtained from abroad. Negotiations are now proceeding with canners in this country with a view to the acquisition of a reserve of canned herring.
