§ Mr. Hore-BelishaCompensation for injuries received on duty is not payable to military personnel while still serving with the Colours and in receipt of Army pay and allowances, as Boy Griffin is at present. He is now on sick leave, and it has not yet been determined whether his injury will necessitate his being invalided from the Army. If and when he is discharged or transferred to the Reserve, the award of disability pension will be governed by the normal regulations, and will depend on the degree of disablement then obtaining.
