§ Captain CrookshankIn reply to the first part of the question, I do not think I can usefully add to the statements which have been made from time to time on the Government costing machinery. In reply to the second part, the Air Services Appropriation Account is being considered in the normal way by the Public Accounts Committee. In reply to the third part, I have no reason to doubt that in general the system employed (which is kept under constant review) is efficacious.
