AndersonPractical experience at actual fires is recognised as an essential feature in the training of auxiliary fire service personnel, and the attention of local authorities has already been drawn to the need for taking such steps as may be feasible from time to time to give effect to this policy. The local arrangements for the purpose must rest with the individual fire authorities and their officers.
