§ Mr. BernaysThe Committee was set up on 27th April, 1923. It has under constant review the prices of all building materials and it has from time to time reported upon the prices of bricks, light castings, cement, salt-glazed earthenware pipes and fittings, and damp-proof courses and roofing felts.
