§ Mr. E. BrownThe table below gives comparable figures in respect of the estimated numbers of insured persons in Wales and Monmouthshire at July of the years 1929 and 1938. As juveniles under 16 years of age did not become insurable until September, 1934, the figures relate only to persons aged 16–64.
