§ Mr. ColvilleI understand that the question relates to the appointment of the Press officer for the Scottish Departments in Edinburgh. This appointment was made in August last after candidates obtained as a result of inquiries in various quarters had been interviewed by a Selection Board and after full consideration of the Board's views.
