§ Mr. Hore-BelishaA Fair Wages Clause, based on the Fair Wages Resolution of the House of Commons, is included in War Office contracts. The Department further requires contractors executing work for the War Office to pay fair wages to all their employés, whether or not they are actually engaged on work for the War Office.
