§ Mr. ElliotExpenses incurred by Government Departments in the administration of the National Health Insurance Acts are defrayed from moneys provided by Parliament, except in the case of certain specific services the cost of which is chargeable to the National Health Insurance Funds. The amount so charged is limited to the cost of the salaries and expenses of the officers actually engaged on those services.
