§ Mr. RamsbothamThere was no general increase from 2d. in the charge for chairs in St. James's Park on the 22nd and 23rd June, but, in accordance with what has been the practice for many years, the chair licensee was authorised to make a special charge for chairs placed in approved positions along the routes followed by The King and Queen.
