§ Captain WallaceEight accidents, of which five did not involve personal injury, occurred at this junction during 1938. It is not proposed to instal traffic lights, but the County Council are putting in hand appropriate remedial measures, including the removal of the refuges in Moss Bank Road and the resiting of those on the trunk road, as well as the erection of light standards and the marking of traffic lanes.
