§ Mr. Saltasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he is aware that an important scheme, costing £25,000, for the construction of a 24–inch water-main in Birmingham, essential for the provision of an adequate supply of water in war time, is awaiting sanction by his Department; and will he grant permission with the least possible delay?
