§ Captain WallaceSurveys have been made with the aid of grants from the Road Fund and I understand from the motion passed by the annual general meeting of the Convention of Royal Burghs of Scotland, to which the right hon. Member referred in his question on the 17th May last, that a Bill is being prepared for presentation to Parliament. I am not aware that the project is being held up by existing transport interests.
