§ Sir J. AndersonAny volunteers training or being trained in industry in the circumstances stated by the hon. Member will come within the scope of the scheme which the Treasury are to make under Clause 63 of the Civil Defence Bill when it has passed into law. The fact that they are not members of a local authority service will not exclude them from the scheme.
