§ Mr. PeakeSo far as the Commissioner of Police is responsible for the grant of facilities to film State functions, applications are dealt with in rotation and granted so far as the limitations of the space available permit. Such limitations at a particular place may have led to the facilities asked for being unavailable, but there is no record of the refusal of facilities for any other reason.
