§ The Attorney-GeneralYes, Sir. The Government have adopted the report in principle. The preparation of other urgent legislative business has hitherto prevented the preparation of a Bill to give effect to the committee's recommendations, but a Bill for this purpose will be prepared and considered as soon as possible.
