§ Captain Stricklandasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the last available return showing the relative numbers of commercial motor vehicles of the A, B and C licence classes is dated 30th June, 1938; whether his Department has any knowledge of the numbers of such vehicles at a date later than 13 months 1990W ago; and, if so, whether he will inform the House of such numbers?
§ Captain WallaceA return is compiled annually showing the number of vehicles authorised on A, B and C carriers licences as at the 30th June. The return for 1939 is now being prepared and, it is hoped, will be available about the end of September.
