Mr. N. BUXTONSo far as I am aware, no local fisheries committee provides for the payment of travelling expenses to fishermen's representatives attending the meetings of the committee. Doubts have been raised whether they have authority to do so, and I propose to discuss the question with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health.
