§ Sir K. WoodEnlistment of personnel in the Liverpool and Merseyside balloon squadrons has progressed satisfactorily and the squadrons are now practically up to strength. Training has been proceeding for some time, operational equipment is available and all units will be fully equipped as soon as the buildings, now being constructed, are completed.
