§ Mr. Lennox-BoydIn view of Mr. Clear's frequent failure to pay his rent when due the Board decided that he should be required to prove by the production of a receipt that he had in fact paid it before granting any allowance in1488W respect of rent. This action is taken under the authority of the Regulations and of the Rules relating to proof of need.
