WarrenderA Territorial called up under the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces Act is given protection in regard to civil liabilities by the Orders in Council made under the Act, and he may be granted leave. In cases not adequately met in this way, application may be made for monetary assistance, and the claim would come before the Military Service (Special Allowances) Advisory Committee.
