§ Lieut.-Commander Fletcherasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he has any statement to make concerning expenditure on propaganda by Nazi agents to provoke anti-British intrigue in India?
§ Lieut.-Colonel MuirheadMy noble Friend has no statement to make in regard to expenditure of this kind. The hon. and gallant Member will no doubt appreciate that it is not always practicable to make public detailed information which may come to hand on this subject. But I can assure him that the most careful watch is kept on foreign propaganda activities in India.
