Member is referring to applications for regulations under Section 71 of the Factories Act to allow more than 44 hours in particular classes of factory; and I would refer him to the answers given to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) on 13th July and to the hon. Member for West Fife (Mr. Gallacher) on 29th June.
