§ Captain CrookshankWhile every effort would be made to offer re-employment to the men referred to, I regret that it is not practicable to give an unqualified undertaking to reinstate unestablished officers after an absence of three years, though I can assure the hon. Member that any such cases would be sympathetically considered.
