§ Mr. ElliotThe arrangements which are now being made are for selecting and registering donors of blood, and these volunteers will not be asked to give any blood unless and until an emergency arises. Their services will be required at the places where they have been registered, or, if they have moved, at the nearest hospital where the blood is being collected.
