§ Mr. StanleyIt is the policy of His Majesty's Government to take whatever action is open to them to co-operate in the removal of undue barriers to inter national trade. The Ottawa Agreements of 1932 were negotiated in this spirit and certain revisions of them, including those made to give effect to the Anglo-American Trade Agreement of last year, afford a practical illustration of this policy.
