InskipI am informed that in the 12 months ending on the 30th June last exports of iron ore from Newfound land to Germany, which has for many years been the principal foreign market for Newfoundland ore, amounted to approximately 1,250,000 tons, with a declared value at the point of export of approximately $3,200,000.
