Mr. M. MacDonaldThe Commission's report has been considered by a committee representative of the refugee organisations in this country, which has formulated tentative proposals for a scheme of refugee settlement on an experimental scale in British Guiana. These proposals have been referred to the United States Refugee Committee for their views which are now awaited.
