§ The Lord AdvocateThe number of workmen's compensation cases in the Court of Session during the period in question was 38, and not three as stated by the hon. and gallant Member. Apart from the intervention of a statutory recess, the average interval between the presentation of a case and its disposal was about four or five weeks. In the circumstances the last part of the question does not arise.
