§ Sir V. WarrenderIn Wales and Mon-mouthshire, there are 13 units which are required to duplicate. All of these have exceeded the establishment for one unit, and two of them have completed duplication. There are 15 units which are not required to duplicate, and, of these, 10 have reached their establishment.
